We will give a short refresher on the theory and the majority of the time will be spent with practical exercises tailored to your specific challenge(s).
The half day will be focused on areas relating to language:
- Calibrating people’s representational systems – making it even quicker and more automatic
- Reframing – context vs content – do it ‘on the hoof’
- The models – Linguistic Presuppositions, Meta Model and Milton Model
- Practicing fluently moving between them
- Concrete examples of use
- Applying them to YOUR challenges
- Using them effectively
- Hierarchy of Ideas – practical use and playful exploration
