Rapport

Rapport forms the basis of absolutely every type of communication which we have; it determines how easily and quickly we can get onto another person’s wavelength and how deeply and effectively we’re able to build relationships.

No matter how good you are at building rapport, you can always do it better!  The unconscious mind is continuously looking out for similarities and sometimes it’s the most subtle of things that can empower someone to be a Rapport builder “par excellence”. Whether it’s in person, in writing or over the telephone, the level of rapport you have can be a deal maker or a deal breaker.  And that’s not just in business; how fulfilling would your personal relationships be if you could build really deep levels of rapport?

Join us for an informative and experiential 4 hours and really improve your skills!

Sensory Acuity and Eye Patterns

When people think things and construct or recall experiences, they tend to move their eyes in certain directions. Understanding these directions enables us to identify someone’s thought patterns as well as their Preferred Representational System and Strategies.

Practicing your Sensory Acuity skills by closely watching the eye patterns of the person we are communicating with can provide useful clues as to how someone is thinking from moment to moment.  Add to this a well honed ability to identify the smallest of changes in that person’s physiology from moment to moment and the result is a really good gauge as to what’s really going inside and how they are processing and responding to the you and the conversation in hand.

Both Sensory Acuity and Eye Patterns form the basis of Rapport and exquisite communication.  Come along and spend 4 hours topping up your skills through interactive experiential learning …

Sub Modalities

Sub modalities are the very building blocks of experience and the basis of many of the elegant change processes within NLP.

When you take the experiences of the outside world and transform them into our internal representations we encode and store those experiences in our mind in certain patterns. If we can take one experience and encode it in a certain way, it stands to reason we can recode it in a number of ways. So if currently the encoding of an internal representation doesn’t serve us well, then why not recode it in a way that serves us better?

Sub modality work allows us to change our internal communication to better achieve the results we want in life and even coach others to achieve better results.

Spend 4 hours of highly interactive time refreshing your skills and developing in your techniques and see your world change accordingly!

Anchoring

Anchoring is a process by which a person can use a unique stimulus to quickly and easily take conscious control of or trigger a change in their emotional state anytime they choose. The fact that anchors – and our responses to them – are things that occur naturally and regularly in our everyday lives means that the process itself is very easy to learn and very easy to practice.

If you could experience any state you choose at will, what would it be?  Calm, confident, excited, relaxed, passionate, energetic, assertive?  You name it; once you’ve anchored it, you can recall it anytime you like?

The difference that makes the difference is that fact that once you become consciously aware of the anchoring process you can begin to use it actively and with passion.

Spend 4 hours refreshing and developing your knowledge of Anchoring therefore enabling you to access resourceful states whenever you desire.

Strategies and reframing

A Strategy is a sequence of steps – much like a recipe – that we follow automatically in order to achieve a specific outcome. If you missed any of the steps or changed any of them then you wouldn’t get the same outcome, would you? Strategies can be simple or quite complex, either way we follow the steps involved to the letter and always end up with the same outcome.

When we talk about good habits we are probably referring to those that produce a positive outcome, conversely we have habits that produce a negative outcome and therefore don’t serve us so well.

Understanding the steps that make up a person’s strategy and identifying how each step impacts at an unconscious level on the strategy and the outcome, enables us to modify bad habits into good habits, those that produce a positive outcome. We will explore both formal and informal strategies, how to identify them, alter them and reprogram them.

The meanings we apply to our experiences of the world influence our behaviours – and not always for the better. Often this results with us living the particular experience in “effect”. Reframing gives us the ability to be put smack bang back into “cause”.  By simply putting a different frame around the situation, we can either change the meaning or the context in order to take ownership and a gain a positive outcome.

Reframing is particularly useful within a business or sales arena, however can be used with anyone anywhere in order to give someone an alternative and more resourceful way of considering an issue.

Join us for a full on thinking 4 hours where we will examine alternatives in our thinking models to achieve a more positive mindset.
